I really enjoyed the room with breakfast, the bed was large. The setting was decent, not far from restaurants, bar and shops, stores, restaurants and shopping street, and Jeju City.

The breakfast was awesome, the check in was early.

During our stay at Shin Shin Hotel Jeju Airport, we had a comfortable and restful sleep thanks to the cozy pillows and duvet provided. Despite the slight language barrier, the staff made efforts to accommodate our request for extra pillows, and eventually gave us one without charge. The location of the hotel is convenient, being close to Jeju Airport and the central area of Jeju city. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and we even received a free room upgrade. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Jeju.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a stone's throw away from the bustling downtown area and the vibrant shopping street. It's also conveniently close to the airport, making it a perfect choice for those with early morning or late night flights. The service provided by the staff is top-notch, with their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any requests. The basic amenities in the rooms are well-maintained and the inclusion of breakfast is a great bonus.

Overall clean hotel, and the staff were helpful, location was incredible to the old center of jeju-si taxi. The place had a QUIET atmosphere. The superior twin room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was updated with breakfast.

The beef at breakfast was delicious and a rare find at other hotels. The staff were nice and professional, promptly addressing an issue with the air conditioning. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. The front desk staff, Filonessa and Kassia Kang, were kind and communication was better than expected. The room was spacious and well-designed. The hotel offered a simple breakfast at a reasonable price. Coffee shops and convenience stores were nearby.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short car ride from the airport. Also, it was really close to the duty-free shopping mall, making it convenient for us to do some shopping. The room was comfortable and spacious, with all the amenities we needed such as heating, air conditioning, and a tea and coffee facility. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping service was excellent. we were very satisfied with the quality of service and the facilities provided.

Had a great time in Jeju over Christmas with fantastic hotel accommodations. We were pleasantly surprised by the complementary coffee and tea in our room and also loved the breakfast buffet which included crowd-pleasing traditional dishes. the location was unbeatable, close to restaurants, shopping, and airport. We especially enjoyed the short walk to the vibrant, colorful streets of the city.

It was very dark and not as advertised. Nonetheless, our experience was largely positive and we would definitely love to stay here again!
